And how undecided i am when it comes to sweets, often i am also undecided in terms of "marketing": which object is better for the newsletter? Which of these two images will the target like the most? Which call to action will convert the most? These are just some of the questions we ask ourselves every day in the agency when we have to special email list choose which proposal to present to the client and, usually, the answer is "we propose an a / b test!" but what are a / b tests and when to use them ? In this article we will see together why you should choose to perform an a / b test , what to test, what information to keep in mind when creating it and the mistakes you should never make. Are you ready? Ab-testa / b test: what and why the name itself, a / b test, already tells us what it is. In fact, we are talking about a real " timed experiment " - the results of which are based on numbers and percentages - which allows us, between two special email list variants of the same project, to determine the most performing . It is therefore immediately clear what the function of an a / b test is: to maximize results ! Whether we are talking about an a / b test of email marketing , or whether we are talking about a / b testing on any other tool, their use allows us to (in fact ) test two versions of our project on a small portion of the target.
